  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mounds: Spoon heaping tablespoons of Parmesan cheese onto the sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. Add Seasonings: If desired, sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper evenly over the cheese mounds.
  4. Bake: Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the crisps are golden and bubbly.
  5. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
