1cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cheese Mounds: Spoon heaping tablespoons of Parmesan cheese onto the sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
Add Seasonings: If desired, sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper evenly over the cheese mounds.
