Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Add Cheese: Add the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat well.
Roast Cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.

Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
