  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mustard Mixture:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For Serving:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Panko Parmesan Mixture: In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix Mustard Coating: In another small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
