Sea Bass:
4 sea bass fillets (6 oz each, skin on)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic Butter:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Prep Sea Bass: Pat sea bass fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
