Instructions
Prepare the Bread: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and add the cubed French bread.
Make the Custard: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, press down slightly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
