1lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
lemon wedges for serving
For the Cocktail Sauce:
1/2cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
a few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, Old Bay, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread on the baking sheet.
Roast the shrimp: Roast for 8–10 minutes until pink and curled. Remove and let cool.
Make the Cocktail Sauce: Mix ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Chill until serving.
