2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Pasta:
8oz penne pasta
2cups chicken broth
1cup heavy cream
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon paprika
For Topping:
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season diced chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pasta: In the same skillet, add penne pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, and paprika. Bring to a simmer and cook until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
