One Pan Kielbasa and Potatoes (Quick & Flavorful)

This One Pan Kielbasa and Potatoes recipe is a quick, hearty, and flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights. Made with smoked kielbasa, potatoes, onions, and simple seasonings, it comes together in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and brown.
  3. Add the sliced onion and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until the onion softens.
  4. Stir in the sliced kielbasa and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the kielbasa is heated through and lightly browned.
  5. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any type of smoked sausage in place of kielbasa.
  • Yukon Gold or red potatoes work well for this recipe.
  • Add bell peppers or green beans for extra veggies.
  • Leftovers reheat well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
