  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Noodles:

  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Make Noodles: Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter, sauté garlic, add broth, and bring to a boil. Cook noodles until tender. Stir in cream and Parmesan.
  3. Combine: Return chicken to skillet, heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • You can slice the chicken before adding it back to the noodles for easier serving.
