2pounds beef stew meat or chuck roast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Gravy Mixture:
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1cup beef broth or water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish (optional):
Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Beef: Place beef tips in the baking dish.
Mix Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
Coat Beef: Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to coat.
