Crust:
24 golden sandwich cookies, crushed

Cheesecake Filling:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin powder
1 1/2cups freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed golden sandwich cookies with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
