200g digestive biscuits, crushed
100g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
400g cream cheese, room temperature
100g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300ml heavy whipping cream, cold
150g Kinder chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
Additional Kinder Bueno pieces and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold in melted Kinder chocolate, then whipped cream. Stir in chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
Assemble: Spread filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Garnish: Before serving, top with additional Kinder Bueno pieces and chocolate shavings.
