2cups digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
1cup white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 Earl Grey tea bags
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4cup crushed biscuits or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the dish to form a crust. Chill.
Prepare the Filling: Warm sweetened condensed milk, steep Earl Grey tea bags in it. Remove bags, add white chocolate chips, and melt. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over crust.
Chill and Garnish: Smooth the top of the mixture. Garnish with crushed biscuits or flowers. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Slice and serve.
