Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend dates until they form a thick paste. Add walnuts, oats, shredded coconut, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until the mixture comes together and sticks when pressed.
