Instructions
Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar, heavy cream, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
