Instructions
Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter, press into the base, and chill.
Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread half over the base, add cherry filling, then top with remaining cream mixture.
