- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Additional whipped topping for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping until fully combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with an even layer of mixed berries.
- Spread additional whipped topping over the berries if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.

- You can substitute graham cracker crust with crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits.
