Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 banana (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional for chocolate version)

Instructions

  1. In a blender cup or mixing container, combine almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, banana (if using), vanilla extract, sweetener, salt, and cocoa powder if making a chocolate version.
  2. Blend until smooth, then pour into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze flat for at least 8 hours or overnight. Once frozen solid, place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the ‘Milkshake’ or ‘Smoothie Bowl’ setting. If the texture is too firm, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk and re-spin until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
