Instructions
- In a medium heatproof bowl, combine cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and salt.
- Carefully add the hot frying oil (or heated vegetable oil) to the spice mixture. Stir until well combined into a thick, spicy paste-like sauce.
- Brush or pour the sauce over freshly fried chicken, or use as a spicy dip or sandwich spread.
- Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
