Cookies:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour and salt, then shape the dough into balls and press into mini muffin cups.
