Description

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup juice from pepperoncini jar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place the stick of butter on top of the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and optional juice for extra tanginess.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or on sandwich rolls.
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for a juicier version.
- Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers based on spice preference.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
