Tater Tot Cups:
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Cheeseburgers:
1pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 slices cheddar cheese (cut into quarters)
1/4cup ketchup
1/4cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
24 small pickle slices
1/4cup finely diced red onion

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray and place 3 tater tots into each cup.
Bake the tater tots: Bake for 10 minutes, then press the tater tots down into each cup to form a base. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cook the ground beef: Cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Prepare the sauce: Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create a burger sauce.
Assemble the cheeseburgers: Spoon cooked beef into each tater tot cup. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and bake until melted. Top with burger sauce, pickle slice, and diced red onion. Serve.
