Ingredients

Egg Roll Wrappers:

12 pieces

Cream Cheese (softened):

8 ounces

Shredded Cheddar Cheese:

1 cup

Jalapeno Peppers (seeded and finely chopped):

4 pieces

Cooked Bacon (crumbled):

4 slices

Garlic Powder:

1 teaspoon

Salt:

1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Vegetable Oil (for frying):

Ranch Dressing or Sweet Chili Sauce (optional, for dipping):

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill Wrappers: Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers and fold to enclose.
  3. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry egg rolls until golden brown.

Notes
