Strawberries:
1pound large fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)
Cheesecake Filling:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish:
1/4cup graham cracker crumbs
Mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Hollow out strawberries: Using a small paring knife or strawberry huller, remove the stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry to create space for filling.
Prepare cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fill the strawberries: Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry.

Chill and serve: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a flavored cream cheese (like strawberry or chocolate) for a fun twist.
