Ingredients

Units Scale

Strawberries:

  • 1 pound large fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hollow out strawberries: Using a small paring knife or strawberry huller, remove the stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry to create space for filling.
  2. Prepare cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill the strawberries: Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry.
  4. Add garnish: Sprinkle the tops with graham cracker crumbs and garnish with mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts if desired.
  5. Chill and serve: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a flavored cream cheese (like strawberry or chocolate) for a fun twist.
  • These are best served the same day but can be made a few hours ahead.
