4 medium Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Bake: Arrange the slices on the baking sheet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the potatoes for the last 2–3 minutes of baking.
