  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Crust and Garnish:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Fold in: the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.

  3. Gently fold in: the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the mixture into: the graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
