1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the cheese mixture:
1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1cup sour cream
2cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta: Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the meat sauce: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Add garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix the cheese: In a bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan.
