  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the meat: Stir in taco seasoning and water, then add Rotel, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and cumin. Heat through.
