1pound ground chicken
1/4cup finely chopped red onion
1/4cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, red onion, feta, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
Form Patties: Form the mixture into 4 even patties.
Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
