Dough:
2cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs

1/2pound ground beef
1/4pound ground pork

Prepare the Dough: Make a well in the flour, add eggs, olive oil, and salt. Mix into a dough, knead until smooth, wrap, and let rest.
