For the Steak:
4 slices of steak
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Eggs:
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sandwich:
4 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices of American cheese
Butter for cooking
Ketchup or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Steak: Season the steak slices with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness. Set aside.
Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan over low heat, stirring gently, until just set.
