  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the muffin tin: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
