  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Other:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne), cooked and drained
  • fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
