- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve.
Notes
- Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier result.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or omitting red pepper flakes.
