- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, hot sauce, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is.

- Marinate overnight for maximum flavor.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Wings can also be grilled or air-fried.
