Description

These marinated spicy chicken wings are packed with flavor, featuring a bold blend of spices and a tangy marinade that makes them perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, hot sauce, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  4. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is.

Notes

  • Marinate overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
  • Wings can also be grilled or air-fried.
