1 1/2cups graham cracker crumbs

Filling:
8oz cream cheese, softened
1cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1 tablespoon sugar for whipping
Instructions
Prepare Blueberry Topping: In a saucepan, cook blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened. Stir in cornstarch slurry, cook until thick, and let cool.
Make Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and pecans. Press into a pan and chill.
Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla. Whip cream separately, fold into cream cheese mixture.
