  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare muffin batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
