1/4cup oat flour
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, melted coconut oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, oat flour, poppy seeds, baking soda, and salt.
