  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

For greasing and lining:

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
