  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can (about 15 oz) corn kernels drained
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (penne or elbow)
  • 1/21 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef mixture, drained corn, barbecue sauce, and shredded cheddar; stir until well mixed.
