  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Optional: jalapeño slices or diced tomatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the fries: Toss frozen fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Add cheese: Transfer fries to a dish, sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over them. Bake for 5–7 minutes until melted.
