Loaded Baked Potato Pierogi combine classic pierogi with the rich flavors of a loaded baked potato, topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions for a satisfying comfort dish.

- 1 (16 oz) package frozen potato and cheese pierogi
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pierogi according to package directions, either by boiling or sautéing in a skillet with butter until golden and heated through.
- If sautéing, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook pierogi for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
- Transfer cooked pierogi to a serving dish. Immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon while hot.
- Dollop with sour cream and top with sliced green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sauté pierogi with onions or garlic before topping.
- Can be made vegetarian by omitting the bacon or using plant-based alternatives.
