Cake:
1cup plain Greek yogurt
4 large eggs, separated
1/2cup granulated sugar, divided
1/4cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
Mix Yogurt Mixture: Whisk together yogurt, egg yolks, half the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Whip Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
