Lemon Layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Additional whipped topping and lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Pretzel Crust: Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
