  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Meringue:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
