Marinade:
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/4cup olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl or resealable bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, coat well, and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
