1 box lemon cake mix (15.25 ounces)
8ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix Cream Cheese and Butter: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add Remaining Ingredients: To the bowl, add the egg, lemon extract, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until combined.
