Coating:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Butter: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
