Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake Ingredients:
1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
8oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1/2cup powdered sugar
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread Lemon Pie Filling: Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the lemon pie filling.
Add Cake Mix: Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the top—do not stir. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix to moisten as much as possible.
