2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1cup chicken broth
1/4cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for sauce)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
Pound and Season Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic, then pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, zest, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly reduced. Stir in remaining butter until smooth.
