Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the cod fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
